Journal Prompt:  At this Moment

I have been waiting and waiting for some exciting news. Recently I opened my mailbox and it was there - along with other goodies. It was a mailbox jackpot. What better to document on ephemera month?

I started by applying this beautiful tissue that was in my package to the page with Uhu glue stick. I used an old credit card to smooth out the wrinkles and bubbles. I loaded up my 3x5 Gelli Plate and stamped on color in camel, white, pink and green.  I did not want to cover the tissue but to add color and texture. (I am going to sing the praises of the small gelli plate - I use it so much. I love stamping on color. - consider investing in one - they are under $20)

I created a compositon of goodies from my mailbox floating out of the envelope. Ignore that scrap on the envelope - how did I not see that when I was taking the photo?

I added bubbles out of gelli prints, sequins and crystals. It was that kind of day!

Thank you to Miranda Banks for her contribution to my mailbox great day.

And with that, I am calling it DONE (and a party!)
